When one stands alone in the darkness, in the midst of a night with a cloudless sky, there is a sense of awe and insignificance that will overtake you if you let it.
LET IT!
To peer into the endless wonder of the heavens is to gaze into the indigo palette of creation itself. Faultless in every way and completely beyond our earthly understanding, the eternal dance of the heavens moves in a perfectly choreographed ballet.
DANCE WITH IT.
The glittering lights that ceaselessly twinkle and the misty haze of countless stars entrance us with their timeless beauty. Inspiring wonder and childlike curiosity, the magic of the heavens calls us to wonder on the grander scheme of things. As imperfect mortals, we cringe at the equilibrium of it all. WONDER ON IT.
Nothing but prearranged order and perfect balance keeps the heavens in their place lest all the stars collide or fly apart. As mortals, it seems that to wish for such balance, such perfection is the purest of folly, yet to strive for it, in all we do, is heroic.
BE A HERO
These beautiful words were written by Mr. Joseph Rainwater in 1997 and given to me as a gift in a beautiful framed picture by a truly Godly and wonderful friend of mine Mr. Bill Mattar.
